3 MONTH CONTRACT

Summary

• Department: Observation Unit
• Shift Timings: 19:00 - 07:30 Hours Monday to friday (3 Days/12 Hours Shift)

• Per Week: 36 Hours​​​

Roles & Responsibilities

• ​​Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications

EOW, EOH; Telemetry background required; at least 1.5 yrs of med/surg experience; No artificial/acrylic nails and nails must be short (<1/4 ); may need to float to sites within 40 miles

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $1,440.00 - $1,548.00 per week
